What are your store hours?
Monday to Friday, 10am to 8pm. Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Sunday, 11am to 5pm.
Do you offer a financing plan?
Yes, we have many no interest-financing plans.
Do you have a layaway plan?
Yes, you may layaway any of our in-stock merchandise. Clearance items are not included.
Do you carry appliances, TV's or audio equipment?
No, we specialize in furniture, mattresses, and accessories only.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, certified cheques, money orders and, of course, cash.
When do you deliver?
Tuesday to Saturday, during daytime hours.
How long after I order merchandise does it take to be delivered?
In-stock merchandise can usually be delivered within 24-48 hours. Out of stock merchandise is clearly tagged to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.
If the furniture I've ordered is out of stock, how will I know when it is ready to be delivered?
As soon as we receive the furniture in our warehouse, you will be notified by one of our representatives in order to arrange delivery.
If I like a certain style, can I change the fabric, leather, or the colour?
Sometimes. When possible, it usually takes between 6-8 weeks for a ‘Special Order.’ One of our Sales Representatives will be glad to see if what you are looking for is available.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver to many areas outside the GTA for a minimal charge. Ask your Sales Consultant for details.
What kind of warranties and guarantees do you have?
All of our merchandise comes with a minimum 1 Year Manufacturer’s warranty. Some products have 2, 5, 10, and even 15-year warranties. You may also purchase an extended warranty program with Arrow against stains for all fabric and leather goods for a minimal fee.
What do I do if I find that something is damaged?
You may call our Customer Service Department (Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm) at 416-743-1530 and one of our Service Representatives will be glad to assist you.
If I have a disability, will your drivers put the furniture in the room required?
Yes, just tell our drivers in which room you would like your merchandise and they would be happy to do so. Setup charges may incur on a case by case basis.
Can I get a copy of the Ontario Accessibility Customer Service Standards?
Yes, please contact us and we would be glad to provide you with the necessary documents upon request.
